Frozen grapes are the shit. That is all.
muffintop-less:
Reward yourself with things that don’t involve food! (“You are not a dog”).
By rewarding yourself with food, you condition yourself to think of food as a treat. The thing is, food is FUEL. The purpose of eating is to feed the body the nutrients it needs to function and survive.
Choose rewards like a trip to the beach, a massage, new running shoes, a movie night with your significant other, a shopping date with friends, a bubble bath, a mani/pedi, a vacation somewhere fun…. get creative!
I’m doing better with this, though I still reward myself with Qdoba once in a while. Perhaps it’s becoming less of a reward and more of a treat, though. Hmmm…
